Be Careful Where You Get Advice On The Fair Deal

I have recently come across a number of persons doing podcasts etc. on the Fair Deal much of which is incorrect and incomplete and even insensitive. In one particular Podcast by a well-known so called financial advisory site the Podcaster when describing on how the Fair Deal works described Nursing Home residents as being incarcerated in Nursing Homes. What disgusting and inappropriate language to use to describe Nursing home residents and Nursing Homes.

This Podcaster certainly did not show any compassion towards residents or their families in describing Nursing Home care in Ireland which is at a very high standard and is a highly regulated sector. I certainly would not recommend or go to this site to ASK this podcaster for advice on the Fair Deal.

One even has to be careful when calling HSE offices and asking advice as often incorrect advice is given out due to staff’s lack of training and knowledge of how the Fair Deal works.

At www.fairdealadvice.ie as Irelands leading and longest established advisors on the Fair Deal and long-term care, we pride ourselves in the comprehensive advice we give our clients and which we deliver in a compassionate manner.

If you would like to listen to a Podcast on the Fair Deal, I recommend you go to Lucan Credit Union’s Money Matters podcasts where I recorded a comprehensive podcast on the workings of the Fair Deal. When you need advice please contact us @ advice@fairdealadvice.ie or phone 086 601 5042 where you will receive the correct and best advice for your circumstances provided by our fully trained and compassionate Advisors.
